Two Kilkenny Companies Honoured at Ireland’s Best Managed Companies Awards

Two Kilkenny businesses, CluneTech and Modubuild, were among the winning companies at the 16th annual Ireland’s Best Managed Companies (BMC) awards.

Modubuild achieved Ireland’s Best Managed Companies’ gold standard status, having won for the fourth consecutive year. CluneTech managed to retain its Platinum Status, the highest accolade in the awards, having achieved an award for the 9th year in a row.

“The Deloitte BMC Programme is a true mark of excellence, and it gives us great pride to have retained our Platinum Status for another year,” said Terry Clune, CEO and founder of CluneTech. “Over the years, our suite of businesses has gone from strength to strength and while we have evolved in many ways, what has remained is our dedication to developing industry leading technology that simplifies global business. Our mission is to make business better and we couldn’t do this without our fantastic global team whose passion and commitment to innovation knows no bounds”

The award involves a rigorous judging process where they evaluated the management teams and their business standards and strategies, including environmental, social and governance standards, strategic planning and talent strategies.

This year a total of 116 companies requalified as a Best Managed Company, 19 achieved Gold Standard and 12 achieved Platinum Standard.
